Organize and track Content Strategy projects and work requests, including:
Team goal and metric reporting
Provide editorial support, including:
Researching content for articles, gift reports, and proposals
Updating templates with photos, bios, and research overviews
Formatting and proofreading written content
Serve as a reference librarian for content, including:
Key articles highlighting Harvard's impact in the world
Curated print materials for donor visits (e.g., create and maintain a Communication Station)
A digital system for organizing and recounting source materials (e.g., a multimedia library with videos, photos, podcasts, stories, and articles)
A digital system for tracking drafts and archiving final copies
A tracking system for faculty publications (to inform gifts/recommended reading lists)
Assist with donor events and visits, including:
Event briefings and bios
Faculty research overviews for invites and programs
Presentation materials (slides, AV set up, etc.)
Speaker/topic tracking (including past presentations and suggestions for future events)
Collaboration with the Events and Donor Relations teams to track logistics and tasks
Create, track, and update frequently used templates, including:
Project manage monthly Development Communications meetings, including:
Agenda and AV prep
Topic and material requests
Field trips across campus
Assist with special projects, as needed

Familiarity with Chicago Manual of Style and ability to master in-house style guide
Ability to hold sensitive information in confidence
Ability to work independently and in a group
Experience working in development, marketing, or communications preferred
Experience working in higher education preferred
