The Power Control Business Engineering Director is a global role responsible for leading and directing the design of Low and Medium Voltage Drive products including drives, communication modules, user interfaces and support options. They will work cross functionally within the Engineering organization and partner closely with the Product Management team to develop strategic product and business plans. The role will have overall general management responsibility for the functional strategy and execution; while playing a key role in the development of technical talent, organizational development, and continued process improvements. Reporting into this position are the functional managers for Firmware, Software, and Continuation Engineering, which encompasses a full spectrum of development functions in addition to firmware and software such as Hardware, mechanical and test).
