Part-Time Lecturer, Athletic Training, MS (Evergreen)
Position Description: The Master of Science in Athletic Training Program is seeking qualified applicants as an Instructor of Athletic Training to teach a variety of athletic training courses and/or perform related administrative duties.
Masters degree in Athletic Training or a related field
Contemporary expertise in athletic training
Certified and in good standing with the Board of Certification (BOC)
Previous clinical practice in athletic training
Current certification in Emergency Cardiac Care as determined by the BOC
Doctorate (Ph.D., Ed.D.) in a related field
Clinical Doctorate in Athletic Training (DAT)
Experience in collegiate and/or graduate level teaching
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience working with Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE)
Excellent organizational skills
Experience with electronic/digital student records
History of service the Athletic Training profession
Ability to demonstrate athletic training skills; Requires extended periods of sitting and standing, bending and stooping, and occasional walking.
Work is primarily performed in a standard clinic environment.
