This position will provide administrative support, coordination, planning, and special event logistics for TMAC.
Plan, market, execute and follow up on all on- and off-site meetings, conferences, events and training classes on behalf of TMAC to include, but not limited to: venue setup/breakdown, negotiating vendor contracts, ordering catering, ordering materials, payment of vendor invoices, and serve as liaison for customers attending events. Create registration pages in Event squid and manage the customer registration process for all events. Assist with developing and designing marketing email blasts and ad campaigns to drive customer event attendance rates. Oversee inventory of event/conference and office-related supplies to ensure needed supplies are readily available. Enter customer data into Microsoft CRM. Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in a related field and two (2) years of event coordination or project management or the equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with PeopleSoft. Experience with standard business application software including Microsoft Office and Adobe.
