Reporting to the Director of Operations and Partnerships, the Assistant Director of Scholarship Programs administers all facets of the Our Time Has Come (OTHC) scholarship program, plans and executes all Multicultural Advancement student and on campus events, supports the grant application and donor management process and assists the director of alumni events in all alumni/student programs. This position acts as a university liaison for African American and Latino alumni and students within the OTHC program and frequently exercises discretion and independent judgment. The position requires a Bachelors Degree, experience in education/non-profit student program management, project management, analytics/documentation of results and leadership acumen.
