Reporting directly to the Director of Project Operations and Compliance, this position will carry out day-to-day clerical duties for the Faculty Director and multiple Senior Project Managers. This individual will provide administrative/office management for the Clinical Research Computing Unit (CRCU). This includes travel, calendar scheduling and managing various clerical duties. The Administrative Coordinator must have a proven ability to work collaboratively and professionally. This position requires clear communication, flexibility & adaptability when working with various administrative tasks, projects, events, etc.Â Coordinate office administrative responsibilities by efficiently managing resources, demonstrating consistent service orientation, having clear communication & being adaptable.
Position is contingent on funding.
High School diploma and 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.Bachelorâ™s degree and 1-2 years experience preferred. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set and adhere to deadlines. Must be able to professionally handle access to confidential information. Must have strong organizational skills and work independently and effectively under pressure.
