Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years’ experience in clinical or research administration, project management, grants and/or financial management.
- Exceptional management skills
- Strong financial and business acumen, strong track record in planning, managing and monitoring complex budgets, preferably with experience managing a mixture of institutional funds as well as research grants and contracts
- Effective communicator
- Works effectively in a complex organizational environment
- Team player; team builder
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with faculty, executives, and staff at all levels
- Displays good judgment particularly in stressful situations
- Track record of creating a positive work environment, commitment to staff development and ability to retain talent
- Experienced in managing multi-faceted issues and facilitating decisions that meet diverse constituent needs
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and balance complex projects and competing deadlines. Strong project-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English. Ability to accurately and concisely disseminate information in both written and verbal formats to diverse audiences.
