Lead the recruitment process and marketing development to bring new partners and fellows to the new network.
Ensure that all contracts are moving forward to facilitate full engagement by partner agency and ensure that internal and external contacts adhere to all required processes and procedures.
Maintain connection with education sector thought leaders (both Harvard faculty and outside experts).
Creates substantive systems & procedures for the ongoing operations of the network to manage and grow connections between and across partners to facilitate relationship development, share learnings, and encourage cross-site collaborations.
Collaborate with CEPR leadership, Harvard faculty, and partner agency staff to continually refine our Fellowship model and develop new and improved offerings.
Design training with PI, SDP Director, and Faculty.
Evaluate fellowship program to ensure curriculum is effective, current, and evolves to meet the needs of professionals participating in SDP higher education programs, and make recommended changes based on evaluation.
Partner and Fellow Support
Lead the production of work products and procedures to develop a deeper understanding of workforce outcomes and student success in partner organizations.
Create networking opportunities to connect fellow participants to faculty and alumni experts for mentorship.
Project and Staff Management
Manage program support staff (hire, monitor performance, etc.)
Manage budget for network activities, including allocating and reallocating funds based on needs.
Manage partnership with external vendors and subcontractors and assess performance, including the selection of vendors, negotiations with vendors, and continued management to ensure responsibilities are being met.
Track staff and progress and manage relationship with grantors
This position is a term appointment for one year from date of hire, with a strong possibility of continuation.

Bachelor's degree in public policy, political science, economics, or a related field, prior to starting in the position.
At least 5 plus years of professional work experience (staff & project management, designing and launching programs, conducting training sessions, budget management)

Demonstrated success managing completion of projects a plus;
Masters degree in relevant field preferred
