Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Corporate Performance and Continuous Improvement Manager on a permanent basis at our Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC) in Regina, Saskatchewan. What you’ll do: You will be instrumental in guiding CRC management and employees toward strategic alignment, enhanced engagement, accountability, improved performance and efficiencies. The manager works with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, managers and department directors at both CRC and FCL Home Office to develop, integrate and execute a business unit systems approach to corporate performance management processes. This includes planning preparation/analysis, enterprise risk management, business planning, budgeting, balanced scorecard, performance measurement and reporting. - You will improve and evolve our CRC corporate performance management (CPM) approach and framework and ensure it continues to align with FCL’s processes.
- You will work collaboratively with FCL in establishing joint corporate planning cycle and ongoing administration of this process.
- You will support the implementation of this CPM framework and build the organizational and individual capacity to successfully utilize and support CPM at the organizational, departmental and individual level.
In addition to helping us define what success looks like and measuring success, you will be responsible to put supports and practices in place to improve our performance. - You will develop and implement a structured and repeatable continuous improvement process that can be leveraged by any level of the organization. This includes conducting various gap analysis/PDCA, monitoring progress and establishing measurable standards.
