MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Note: An equivalent combination of related education and experience may be substituted for the below stated minimums excluding High School Diploma, GED, Licenses, or Certifications. - Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
- Twelve (12) years progressively responsible experience in financial, accounting, auditing, or project management capacity or related field to include four (4) years of senior level accounting experience and six (6) years managing a professional staff.
- Demonstrable understanding of current industry needs.
- Knowledgeable of mobile application platforms and/or account-based payments operations and support.
- High level of proficiency using a personal computer (PC) to include software applications such as database, word processing, and spreadsheet.
- High level of analytical ability required to find solutions to complex interpersonal, financial, legal, administrative, professional, and technical problems.
- Ability to demonstrate a fiduciary obligation to division, department, and DART when handling materials and information of a confidential nature.
- Ability to work extended hours to meet management and Board deadlines.
- Ability to be dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. Gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services. Acts with customers in mind. Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Reports to Sr VP Finance * WORKING CONDITIONS: Works in an environment where there is minimum exposure to dust, noise, or temperature. May be moderately exposed to unpleasant working conditions to include dust, noise, temperature, weather, petroleum products, and chemicals while visiting DART's operating facilities, assuming incumbent is observing all policies and procedures, safety precautions and regulations, and using all protective clothing and devices provided.
