Job Title: Operations Coordinator Location: Justin Drive Department: Human Resources Administration Work Schedule: Days Work Type: Temporary Full Time - Starting end of July 2019 – thru December 2020 This is a temporary, 18-month opportunity in the Human Resources department focusing on the renewal of the PA Act 153 clearance requirements. This opportunity will include tracking of clearances, assisting employees with clearance completion, offering on-site fingerprint services to employees, answering phone calls and emails. In addition, there will be exposure to other Human Resources functional area work needs. This position will require good customer service skills, proficient use of Microsoft Excel, and the ability to accurately work in a fast-paced office setting. Job Summary: The Operations Coordinator – Human Resources role is responsible for partnering with the Human Resources department to assist with HR operational initiatives. S/he will be the primary point of contact for specific operational needs. Develops educational resources, assists leading educational presentations to implement and update HR processes. S/he will be an analytical problem-solver the ability to uncover inefficiencies, enhance processes and measurably improve results. S/he will need a high attention to detail while demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a continually changing environment. Competencies and Skills: Proactive and solutions-oriented Demonstrated ability to initiate and facilitate compliance efforts with a high sense of urgency. Demonstrated strong project management skills including planning, processing work flow, tracking, implementation, and resource management. Must be able to multi-task and demonstrate a high attention to detail. Collaborative and energized by the open exchange of ideas. Responsive and service-oriented. Proficient computer skills specifically with Microsoft Excel required. Must be able to use Excel to perform analysis on large sets of data using pivot tables, formulas, and other functions. Education and or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required. Minimum of one year of experience in a business office or customer service setting required.
