JOB SUMMARY The purpose of this position is to oversee/manage the operations of the Implementations team within the Client Enablement department. The Director of Implementation will guide the delivery of services and technology to current and new clients by planning and managing implementation activities from point of sale through the complete onboarding process of new clients and through the entire project implementation management cycle for existing clients. The candidate will lead and manage the Implementation team and activities.
Travel as needed (25-35% target)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the overall Implementation process for both new business and existing client expansion, managing a team of associates across multiple offices.
Coordinate/manage the effort to integrate services and technology for new and existing clients by ensuring organizational execution against the defined work plans and project timelines
Establish client project plan based on scope of services.
Ensure internal and client buy-in to project plan and milestones
Build/coordinate interdepartmental working teams (including members from Development/IT, Service Delivery, Support Center, and Client Development), establishing a project management work flow, tracking actions and deadlines against contract commitments, while keeping implementation processes on schedule
Track and communicate implementation progress to internal and external audiences, as appropriate
Interact with internal Development/IT team to ensure coordination of all technology delivery activities, tracking progress against committed go-live timelines
Report status against key milestones (progress against plans, upcoming activities and issues) on a weekly basis
Identify, track and ensure closure of all implementation related issues
Deliver projects in conjunction with the client, scope, schedule, resources and quality
Identify opportunities to expand the scope of our business relationship with the client and communicate opportunities to Client Development leaders
Performs other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area on Implementations. Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university in Business or related field. 5+ years of Project Management experience.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES Lean Six Sigma or related Process Improvement capacity preferred.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues. Demonstrated high level of self-direction and decision making. Must be comfortable presenting to senior level client executives.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures. Ability to forecast and prepare budgets. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES Demonstrable experience with implementations of Services and/or Software solutions.
Proficient skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PP, Outlook, Project). Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with dynamic objectives. Willingness to travel extensively and sometimes with short notice.
