Essential Functions: Coordinate an NIH-funded study focusing on user-centered redesign of an existing web application, working closely with the Principal Investigator at Wayne State University aswell as with Co-Investigators at the University of Michigan, consultants from outside Universities, and with the software development team. Prior experience and/or training with project management, software design, and/or NIH-funded research is ideal but not required.Maintain careful oversight of multiple project-related tasks, ensuring that target deadlines are met. Carefully monitor and evaluate software feature additions and bug fixes through careful testing of the software tool, using bug and project tracking software. Develop training materials and examples of e-interventions using the study software. Coordinate and document meetings among personnel at Wayne State, the University of Michigan, and the software design team.Help teach and support others who wish to use the study software. Assist with development and submission of NIH progress reports. Help to maintain IRB approval, complete IRB progress reports, etc. Help to maintain a study-related Twitter account.Perform other related duties as assigned.
