Know your stuff. You’ll need excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented mind and the ability to prioritize/manage complex projects and work independently in a deadline-oriented environment. Yeah, that’s a mouthful, but we have high expectations.
Be a natural rock-star. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Be the next great addition to our team. We work hard so this individual must have good decision-making skills, be tactful, be a good listener, be willing to search out answers, and have the ability to recognize when others need to be involved in activities or decisions.
Change the world and the status quo after a good cup of coffee. Creativity, curiosity, sense of humor, high energy level, and an enthusiasm for meeting and working with a wide range of individuals is needed.
It’s a fast world (and we work with teens), so be flexible. Proven flexibility in a reasonably fast-paced and constantly changing environment are skills we value.
