THIS IS NOT AN H1- B OPPORTUNITY ResponsibilitiesThe Radiologic Technologist will provide technical knowledge and/or coordinates and monitors the delivery of radiological services as a float technologist throughout the PCN Clinics. This position is responsible for providing digital films and provides data input. This position has responsibility for patients of all ages. The Radiologic Technologist operates various types of x-ray equipment, and auxiliary equipment to provide diagnostic images for diagnostic interpretations by a radiologist. This position may perform duties in the Main Hospital, Ambulatory Care Center and/or satellite facilities throughout UCD's Primary Clinic Network as deemed necessary by management. Required Qualifications
CA Fluoroscopic permit.
Extensive radiologic technologist experience.
Knowledge/experience in EPIC/Radiant (Radiology Information System) and PACS (Isite).
Knowledge of anatomy, including cross-sectional anatomy and related positioning.
Knowledge of hospital and departmental policies and procedures sufficient to effectively perform job functions or refer to others.
Special RequirementsThis position may be subject to a criminal background investigation, drug screen, Live Scan fingerprinting, medical evaluation clearance, and functional capacity assessment.
