High-end automotive restoration shop in Orange County, California, Anaheim Rod & Custom, is seeking an exceptional administrative assistant to join our team of professionals. This is a generalized office/ clerical position consisting of: Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures- which involves keeping all shop permits & licenses current; bookkeeping; accounts payable and receivable; preparing payroll which involves auditing productivity and client estimate hours; client communication & correspondence both written and verbal; ordering office supplies, shop supplies and auto parts; handling all clerical functions; data entry including maintaining paperless filing system; organization of client project photos; assisting in and monitoring office and shop cleanliness duties; HR responsibilities such as managing all new hire packets & preparing monthly safety meeting material and more!
The administrative assistant will also work alongside the shop owners and marketing manager on events, car show attendance and organization, blog entries, flier creation and other marketing/ shop promotional tasks.
Experience in, a passion for or basic knowledge of automotive restoration is a big plus but not necessarily a requirement for the position.
Position is 20-30 hours per week. Pay is negotiable based upon experience.
