The Placement Exchange (TPE) Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and enhancement of The Placement Exchange (TPE) initiatives and operations; provides primary oversight to all TPE marketing and communication elements; manages ongoing communications (print, website, and social media) as well as provides leadership for TPE in the growing online job board presence; provides ongoing participant support to provide a quality experience for all current and prospective TPE candidates and employers; tracks employer and candidate engagement, experience, and synthesizing trends; coordinates TPE events and meetings, develops timelines and metrics, and executes plans; provides administrative support to the director of The Placement Exchange and the TPE Planning Committee including meeting support, communication efforts, project travel, and scheduling; supports other operational aspects of TPE including: technology integration, customer service, budget reconciliation, meeting and event support, and logistical details for TPE Onsite event(s) and related projects.
The TPE Coordinator actively facilitates a high-quality customer service process with candidates and employers; builds and maintains relationships between staff, volunteer leadership, sponsors, employers, and candidates; makes key contributions to enhance the TPE experience, including the annual event(s), educational resources, and the online job board; integrates technology, marketing, and communication strategies to improve efficiency and facilitate a quality experience.
Position requires some travel out of state, and night and weekend work during travel. Reports to the Director of The Placement Exchange.
Bachelor's degree; at least three years of experience; excellent writing skills, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines; strong oral and written communication skills; experience with digital marketing, social media, basic HTML/website updating, marketing analytics, database management, paid advertising campaigns (display, search, etc.); ability to take initiative and work effectively, independently, and cooperatively with all levels of staff and constituents; capacity to cultivate and build relationships with stakeholders; basic data management experience: ability to collect, analyze, and synthesizes data.
Experience in career placement and services, association management, or student affairs and higher education; graphic design experience, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop; experience creating and managing social media content/campaigns; experience working with a variety of stakeholders to execute projects.
Target Salary: $21.64 - $24.04 Hourly
