The person in this position provides technical leadership and coordination activities for the support of Unified Communication client experience. The position includes support of all client hardware and software related to Unified Communication technologies including but not limited to standard multimedia applications to enhance enterprise communications at Centura Health. Other technologies that fall within the realm of responsibility for this position include video, and web conferencing, instant messaging, various software codecs and multimedia (A/V) equipment within conference rooms and at the desktop. In addition, this position requires a self starter, team oriented player, responsible for the continuous support and improvement of multimedia systems, wireless communication devices, VoIP telephony support, and basic device troubleshooting of Windows O/S. The requirements listed are in order to provide high quality, responsive support for all associates within Centura Health hospitals, clinics and physician offices. Regular maintenance, troubleshooting and problem solving for these systems is expected. Day to day administration of Microsoft Office Communication Server, support for Cisco and Polycom endpoints, as well as the integration of various multimedia components are primary responsibilities, as they are at the core of the Unified Communication experience. Travel between facilities within the Centura Health footprint is a requirement.
What You Bring/Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
3 years of leadership experience within multimedia (A/V) and communication technology infrastructure Understand and apply design principles and concepts for multiple multimedia and communication disciplines Understand and apply standard MS Windows configuration disciplines. Understand and apply standard 802.11 wireless configuration disciplines Understand and apply Cisco Unified Communication end device configuration disciplines.
Bachelors Degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience
