The primary focus of the Center of Excellence is to develop and control the performance of the Safety Services segments of the Connected Services (CS) business in Latin America. Will be responsible for monitoring and controlling all aspects of the projects under the COE: Achieve or surpass the "As sold Margin", utilization, project execution and customer satisfaction. The Make of accurate forecast, and develop the full year planning for the segments. This position will also be responsible for achieving aggressive growth, monetizing of new services and capabilities, achieving continuous improvements on current and new processes. As well look to the team competency and the introduction of new delivery capabilities in accordance with the company strategies for Connected Services. The breadth of the role is from proposal development through project implementation for this segment of the CS business.
Responsible for the segment P&L of Functional Safety business in Latin America that includes the revenue and all associated direct/indirect and selling costs of the department.
Responsible for the operation excellence and customer satisfaction of delivered services
Responsible for the operation of Functional Safety Business in Latin America: Dispatch Process, Project Management, Service Quality Assurance, Reporting, and the required project documentation for the invoicing process.
Interact with the sales force and distributors to sell the products and services and implement procedures to deliver those products and services.
Interact with Connected Services Portfolio Manager to learn about new products and services and adequate them to Latin America market and participate in their respective launch.
Support the development of Sales and Marketing Strategies and communicate those to the delivery team.
This position has direct reports: Functional Safety consultants and Team leaders.
Responsible to guide, coach and develop key talent for Consulting, Project Management and Support Services.
Develop and execute the business plan to achieve the growth and profit of the Capabilities groups.
Ensure that adequate resources are available in the region to meet the on-going demands in conjunction with the strategic plans and long-term goals of the region.
Serve as a champion for the new Rockwell integrated product and services growth initiatives.
Takes an active role in sales calls and large account presentations, proposal management, and review.
Create and Drive the Critical Success Measurement within the region with comprehensive KPI to achieve and measure success of the business.
Engage in constructive conflict resolution, pre and post sales, with stakeholders including customers, sales, channel, and BU.
Recruit, retain, and develop best talent for services Safety Leadership team and field talent base needs.
Ensure resources deliver solutions that link customer drivers and create value for the customer.
Assures the consistent utilization and implementation of standard processes and tools within the region
Own the Functional Safety delivery strategy
Knowledgeable of industry trends and competitive environment including current and future customer needs.
Maintain close linkage with CSM & SSB Business Leaders to ensure the right service/solution offerings are developed and presented across all customer segments.
Have intimate knowledge on how services are organized and delivered - Collaborate with them on behalf of customers.

Comprehending the needs and requirements of customers in order to bring strategic value to them. Promoting customer needs as the key driver for business goals and initiatives.
