This position has administrative responsibility for all contribution requests and serves as advisor to internal and external partners in communities where our major facilities are located.
Manages the administration of all contribution requests to ensure tax, legal and financial compliance.
Project manages contribution reporting and documentation; preparation of board materials, including the initial due diligence on all contribution requests; prepares contributions correspondence; while continuously improving, streamlining and documenting processes.
Utilizes Benevity grants database to prepare and manage reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including the Rockwell Automation Charitable Corporation (RACC), Board Composition & Corporate Governance Committee, and for many surveys/benchmarking/award submittals, i.e. Dow Jones, Diversity Inc., Ethisphere, etc.
Oversees filling of sponsored tables with internal and external stakeholders.
Manages Clock Tower auction donations and coordination.
Manages vendor relationships.
Leads the annual contributions budgeting process.
Supports the team, department, and Company initiatives, and special projects as assigned.
