The Program Coordinator provides high-level administrative and program support to the Office of Academic Affairs (OAA) Associate Dean and Assistant Dean requiring initiative, sound judgment, project management; extensive calendar management, meeting scheduling and preparation, development of travel plans, expense reimbursements.Â Coordinates a wide variety of written communications including composing extensive correspondence, drafting presentation materials and writing content and updating OAA website. Coordinates special projects utilizing sound judgment and initiative to determine appropriate handling of a wide variety of activities. Provides coordination and support for the School of Nursing Financial Aid office, including scholarship program tracking, PhD funding tracking, etc.

BA/BS with 5 years progressively responsible administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required . Â Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with several competing deadlines and priorities. Â Excellent customer service is essential. The position requires strong initiative and sound judgment with the capacity to exercise discretion in working with highly confidential and sensitive matters. Â Solid written and oral communication skills with the ability to compose and edit written documents is essential (writing samples are required). Â A systems thinker with a results orientation is needed for success in this role. Demonstrated intermediate to advanced level PC skills including all facets of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook) and the ability to effectively utilize the Internet, as required. Â Proficiency with CANVAS and Concur preferred. Ability to work independently, as well as an effective team player. Â
