PRUSA brand marketing is composed by 3 main teams: brand management in charge of long-term strategy and innovation, brand engagement leading consumer facing translation of that strategy (incl., social, content, media, ATL, digital, experiential), and brand activation managing the relationship with the US regions and key customers.
The role is part of the brand engagement team, reporting to the Senior Manager- Engagement. It aims at creating culturally relevant and audacious communications that build brand affinity.
The Manager will support the Senior Manager in translating brand programs into campaigns, experiences that drive conversations and build brand saliency for two of the Power Brands, Jameson Whiskey and Altos Tequila.
In close collaboration with the Brand Management and Activation teams, the Manager will lead execution, implementation and tracking of best-in-class communications and experiential programs driving brand salience, influencer advocacy, consumer engagement and/or conversion.
This position requires an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. She/he is a creative, high-energy team player who can think strategically as well as execute to create engaging brand content, support in shaping 360 media plans with digital & social focus. She/he has a drive for analytics, passion for current digital and consumer trends, connections in the industry, and possesses strong business acumen.
This role will directly manage one brand ambassador in addition to leading and collaborating with multiple stakeholders, from internal brand and activation partners, cross functional teams and agencies.
Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Translate data and learnings into actionable insights to develop end to end consumer centric campaigns across paid, owned and earned platforms.
Work with the Senior Manager to build multi-touchpoint media plans to drive exponential engagement, conversations and conversions
Develop programs, starting with bold, consumer centric, thumb stopping content and experiences to be amplified through digital and social to generate engagement, conversations and ultimately to increase relevance and equity.
Lead the experiential strategy and execution across brands
Lead e-Comm strategy and conversion programs working with local markets and chain team to build complimentary programs during key activation periods.
Work with activation and field marketing teams to shape local plans to deliver against objectives and deliver a unified brand experience
Nature & Scope:
This position will work within the Power Brand Team across Jameson Whiskey and Altos Tequila at PRUSA. Work with multiple internal stakeholders, including internal PR USA, global Pernod Ricard Brand Companies and Digital counterparts outside of the US. In addition, manage relationships with third parties, such as agencies, and other service providers.
This position involves practical, hands-on delivery with a focus on tactical execution. Must be a skilled digital practitioner who can operate as a project manager and solve problems creatively – often for "clients" who are not well-versed in experiential and digital opportunities and solutions. Demonstrate a high degree of self-sufficiency and be able to work on individual projects, as well as those that require working with teams. Drawing on extensive practical experience, have a high level of technical knowledge in key disciplines, such as content development and creative design.
The candidate will have a test and learn and iterative mindset, constantly looking to optimize and keep abreast of current trends and new platforms to engage and reach our audience with the right message, at the right time in the right channel.
5+ years’ experience working within a digital / comms marketing team.
Experience managing social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, as well as search (SEO-SEM), eCommerce.
Good understanding of CPG space and millennial consumers.
Travel:Frequent travel up to 30% of the time.
Solid level of experience and technical understanding across digital marketing –including social, web, mobile, search, content, CRM, and data management.
Experience managing third party digital/social/mobile agencies or content creators.
Excellent project management skills on large projects.
Master’s degree is a plus
Experience with Photoshop, basic HTML/CSS skills, Adobe Creative Suite or other video and photo editing skills for content creation are a plus.
