Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Ensures execution of effective "market-level" plan, including PRUSA strategic imperatives and local KPIs, in line with AOP
Owns resolution of execution-related issues in state with limited support from RD
Executes strategic direction for state across independents and local off premise channel and brands
Owns Off Premise Channel; implements strategic direction and execution (down to internal team and out to distributor)
Promotes PR relationship with Distributor leadership team; elevates conversations and drives for PRUSA focus and share of mind
Owns relationship with Distributor Commercial leads
Collaborates with internal Nat’l Accounts / Chain Div to align on priority messaging and ensure consistency across BOM programs (Chains & Indy’s)
Responsible for monthly forecasting and commentary for entire Off premise channel in alignment with Distributor
Ensures consistency with Off Premise programming across National accounts, regional chains, local chains and independents.
Provides leadership and drives accountability of Key Acct, Off Premise MM and Off Premise Independent MM role
Works with distributor full book VP’s and dedicated VP to create effective market-level plans that deliver against KPIs and strategic imperatives
Ensures ROI analysis is completed against market-level activity
Provides accurate and timely communication of changing conditions across state that effect volume, distributor staffing, and competitors to the RD
Collaborates with RD to develop AOP and LE for channel and geo territory (with FM and MAM)

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience / Background:Position requires 3- years of sales experience, including 3+ years of previous experience in the wine and spirit distribution industry. Sales experience within a Spirits, Wine or Beer Distributor is a plus.
