Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and energetic person with an appetite for new challenges to join our team as a Senior Application Support Analyst I. You will help in leading our application operations team in supporting university strategic systems through technical innovation and process improvements with a goal of achieving institutional goals, operational improvements, and positive interventions aimed at the success of our students. As a senior member of the team reporting to the Director of Application Architecture and Operations and a member of the IT Services core solution delivery division you will work directly with IT Services leadership, academic leaders, essential services owners and consumers across campus. Job Duties You'll help us pursue the best solutions for the University by: - Providing expert operational and technical support for strategic business and academic systems and their users.
- Guiding the team in planning and building on successful operational outcomes through continuous improvement activities
- Engaging as in ongoing mentor to your team as you support a broad range of high-level strategic services.
- Working with other development and integration teams across the organization and university to assess and recommend enhancements to development methods, concepts, and techniques.
