Provides instructional design and educational technology support to faculty in the delivery of online and on-campus courses and programs.
Bachelor's Degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field; minimum of two (2) years of experience in design support of web based instruction; evidence of strong work ethic, organizational skills, oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, and effective interpersonal skills; experience with a wide variety of media and instructional software and technologies (examples include Blackboard, the Adobe Creative Cloud, Office365 Suite, etc.); and the ability to communicate this expertise effectively in interactions with the specialists as well as faculty and students.
Master's Degree in instructional design, curriculum and instruction, educational technology, or related field; professional experience in Higher Education; knowledge of online learning best practices and Quality Matters standards; experience using accessibility technologies; and project management skills for the implementation of new instructional technologies and course production timelines.
