Our national association based in Cedar Park is currently hiring a full-time Research and Project Coordinator. This role will support our Executive Director and help with a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment. Complacency and status quo are not part of our culture. The Research and Project Coordinator is an organized team player. This role requires poise and professionalism, a good sense of humor, and keen attention to detail. This team member will have a pivotal role within our team and in our annual conferences and board meetings.
Roles & Responsibilities
Calendar management and scheduling
Written communication such as emails, letters, etc
Email management & follow-up
Tracking deadlines and project management
Meeting agendas, summaries and note-taking
Organizing and digital filing
Creation of processes and procedures
Online and phone project research
Expense and budget tracking
Assist with social media accounts
Travel: up to 10%, nationally
Other duties assigned
Delights in completing projects
Resilient and reliable
Trustworthy and able to keep confidential information
Minimum Qualifications (Experience and Skills)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail
Dependable, strong work ethic
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, preferably experience with Teams or interest in learning Teams
Proficient with Excel and comfortable working with spreadsheets
A minimum of 10 years of professional work experience
A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a nonprofit or membership-based organization
Database experience a plus
College degree preferred
