Print Center Manager

Manages daily operations of SETX Print Center. Including workflows, efficiencies and cost containment. Oversight directly impacts crucial workflow processes that ensure efficiencies and quality assurance that support the bottom line of the SETX Print Center and CHRISTUS Health as needed.

Must possess strong leadership, analytical, organizational skills. An accountable, self-starter, problem-solver; works well under pressure and can multi-task, meet deadlines, and set priorities for self and others. Must have an eye for detail and a creative | consumer-focused mind as it relates to print production solutions. Responsible for consistently adhering to brand standards. Work varies due to internal/external tract and includes strategic solutions, implementation and reporting for both short and long-term projects requiring print production. Must have a professional demeanor and good attitude; possess strong interpersonal and communication skills as it relates to collaborating clients of all professional levels. Must be able to effectively explain strategic and creative choices and methods at all levels of the organization. Participates in system-wide efforts and is a critical resource to business and clinical leadership in realizing cultural, financial and community goals for CHRISTUS Health.

• Bachelor's in business administration or related field
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher and Outlook. Database project management systems.

• 5 + years experience in a business office and or print shop operations.
• Supervision experience preferred.
