NYU's Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director, Leadership Accelerator Initiative to manage the implementation of all logistics associated with the successful delivery of leadership development programs for all MBA Programs. The selected candidate will plan various leadership development programs, assessments, and related student events. The Associate Director will cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders to communicate leadership initiative offerings and learn about current workplace career and student trends and opportunities that can be served by the leadership initiative. The Associate Director will also serve as advisor for students, faculty committee, and outside speakers and manage communication and marketing of programs. They will also develop methods for gathering feedback on programs and measuring their success; make recommendations for improvement to Director.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree or MBA preferred) along with 5 years of experience managing student or leadership development programs or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The selected candidate will have strong project management, organizational, and relationship building skills. Strong interpersonal, communications skills and customer service orientation is also essential.
