Three years of experience administering or coordinating parts or subsets of a project or program; OR a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a field directly related to the position and at least one year of experience
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft products:
Word: document formatting, mail merge, charts, footnotes, etc.
Excel: spreadsheet formatting, data integrity and organization, reports, etc.
Outlook: email, heavy and complex scheduling, group lists, etc.
Access: ability to create databases, forms, and manipulate already existing files
Ability to schedule complex meetings
Ability to type accurately at least 55+ wpm
Skilled in proofreading documents for general clarity, punctuation, grammar, spelling, capitalization, formatting and typing errors
Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and problems, to prioritize tasks and to handle multiple changing priorities
Demonstrable record of reliable attendance, punctuality and proven successful performance at past and present employers
Skilled in exercising tact, good judgment, and maintain confidentiality
Ability to be flexible in a constantly changing environment as well as being a change agent
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
