FULL TIME position available for an EXPERIENCED, LICENSED, Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) for a very busy small animal hospital in Lake Elsinore. 

Come work for a hospital that appreciates and relies heavily on its RVTs.

If you are looking for a fun group to work with, and want to put your RVT training to use, consider applying for a position at our hospital. Interested in learning/utilizing alternative therapies for pets? We are currently implementing acupuncture, and are moving towards other non traditional therapies to work in conjunction with conventional 'Western' medicine.  

Compensation depends on experience and skill set. FT employees enjoy paid vacation, ability to participate in group medical/dental/vision insurance plan and receive a generous personal pet discount.

 SKILL SETS REQUIRED:


• Solid IV Catheter/Blood Draw Skills
• Experience with Running Lab Equipment
• Digital Radiology Experience
• Surgical Prep/Anesthesia Monitoring
• Anesthetic Induction/Intubation Experience
• Knowledge in Dental Prophy and Extraction Techniques
• Suture Skills a Plus (Ear Hematomas, etc)
• Drug Knowledge & Correct Dosing Ability
• Client Education Skills
• Cornerstone Knowledge a Plus
• Current License

Additional Salary Information: Competitive salary-depends on experience and skill set.

Since the mid 1970's, Mountainview Small Animal Hospital has been serving the Lake Elsinore, Canyon Lake and surrounding areas in Southern California. We practice small animal veterinary medicine with an emphasis on preventive care and client education. We are committed to having a team of the best veterinary medicine professionals in the Lake Elsinore and Canyon Lake areas. In order to serve our commuting clients better we are open Monday-Saturday 8AM-5PM and until 9PM on Thursday evenings.
