The Workforce Planning Consultant provides a proactive, strategic consulting role in guiding, determining and influencing the organizations workforce strategy to meet talent needs. This role is a strategic partner to the business and an active participant in the planning and implementation of workforce planning objectives. The Consultant is responsible for assessing, analyzing, interpreting and reporting workforce and environmental data to support Centuras workforce planning process and talent strategies. This includes modeling workforce data, understanding internal and external workforce trends, and forecasting future workforce demands to ensure Centura has a workforce that is well positioned to meet future business needs. This role is responsible for consultative advice and requires direct interaction with senior leadership to help identify important workforce needs. Collaborates closely with Workforce Analytics team to gain strategic insight into enterprise-wide workforce intelligence to drive data-driven talent decisions.
What You Bring/Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
3 years combined experience in recruiting and human resources with at least 2 years in a business partner/consultative position; ideally operating in a large, changing environment.
Strong subject matter knowledge in administration and implementation of strategic workforce planning programs, processes, and issues; ability to participate knowledgeably in the design of programs.
Large hospital and/or health system experience preferred, including the ability to manage close partnerships with internal human resources, compensation, finance, and all professional groups
Bachelors degree in business, human resources, or other related field..
