Incumbent serves as Change Management and Outreach Coordinator within Integrated Procure-to-Pay Solutions (IPPS) --a unit of Business and Financial Services (BFS). This position applies professional concepts, including ProSci change management best practices, to conduct analytical studies or projects of moderate scope and complexity to address a variety of policy, research and procedural issues. Incumbent will fully analyze issues and problems, gather data and information, find and evaluate alternatives and make sound recommendations.
The incumbent develops new change management programs, policies and procedures. Demonstrates sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques for developing change management solutions. Prepares communications and training based on thorough analysis of audience needs. Defines outreach strategies related to major changes impacting the campus and internal staff, including changes related to ESR and Logistics. Builds awareness and desire to embrace change. Ensures that clients have the ability and knowledge to adopt the change. Gauges adoption and proactively reinforces adoption. Identifies and manages resistance to change.
A Bachelor's Degree in related area; and/or equivalent experience/training.
Proficient in ProSci Change Management's or equivalent methodology.
Excellent customer service orientation and experience.
Proficiency using computer software applications including Microsoft (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Planner) and Adobe Acrobat.
Demonstrated experience in database and project management
Ability to extract and analyze (both quantitative and qualitative) information from large and complex databases.
Ability to train and host informational/community forum sessions. Experience delivering presentations in 1:1, small/large group formats.
