Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; outside of normal schedule as needed
Job Summary: The Information Systems Business Analyst acts as a liaison between functional and technical staff in support of specialized college or department information systems. Serves as a contact for reporting and data retrieval requests.
Additional Department Summary: The Business Analyst works with a great deal of independence and provides support for the business systems of Finance and Operations Shared Administrative Services (FOSAS), campus-wide utilities accounting function, Capstone Village resident and dining operations, and Campus Mail systems. Maintains and distributes mobile devices, including smart phones, tablets and GPS devices for the Facilities department and other operational departments within Finance and Operations. Conducts periodic training and other duties to maintain PCI compliance within FOSAS. Assists with the development of procedures and digital record keeping practices and other business or operational duties as needed.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience; OR Master's degree and some experience.
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 21 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report as determined by the insurance carrier.
Skills and Knowledge: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. Must be able to learn other subsidiary systems including Matrix Care; Microsoft Intune; Postal Mate; Energy Cap; Neopost (Quadient) products Web Tracking System (WTS), Enhanced Mailing & Shipping (ESS), Enterprise Shipping System (ESS), Pack City Parcel Lockers; and other systems as they come online.
