Reporting to the Sr. CI Manager, the Continuous Improvement Manager will help deploy Continuous Improvement by assisting the Supply & Ops leadership team in driving breakthrough change. This position will lead high-impact cross-functional teams and utilize the Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies to deliver significant value to the business.
Deliver Value – work with champions to reduce cycle time and lead time in key processes (ex. Inventory Replenishment, Customer-to-Cash, Delivery Efficiency)
Develop Relationships – much of the CI Manager’s success will come from people and process; developing the right relationships and using a collaborative approach will ensure overall success
Develop People – work with all levels, from front-line to management, to increase maturity and understanding of CI
Drive Culture Change – Drive fact-based decision making and breakthrough change throughout the organization
Duties will include project management, delivery of savings through improved processes, leadership and support of projects
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university, Master’s degree preferred
5+ years of work experience in a similar function (CI, process engineering, etc.)
Black Belt or similar certification required
3 years of experience in facilitating and leading improvement projects preferably in a Kaizen format
