The Pediatrics Clinic at the University of Kentucky is seeking a Practice Manager III, whose primary responsibilities will be to oversee and direct the daily clinical operations including business, technical and patient care staff, in partnership with the practice Medical Director. This individual is responsible for the successful daily operational management of all assigned clinics, including ensuring smooth flow operations by directing the work of the assigned staff, including Registered Nurses, technicians, general nursing staff, clinical assistants and administrative support staff. This position will act as a resource to billing providers and other individuals for all daily operational needs.
The Practice Manager will also assist in developing and implementing clinic-specific strategic plans and initiatives, as well as maintain and update staff procedures, staff training programs and quality assurance programs. This position will be responsible for customer satisfaction by managing customer complaints and suggestions and providing appropriate follow-through.
