A full-service emergency room, Centennial Medical Plaza ER is staffed 24/7 by board-certified emergency medicine physicians and specially trained nurses with expertise in pediatrics to provide personalized emergency care to the whole family. And with short wait times, you'll get the care you need, fast.
Complete with 19 patient beds and designated trauma room, the facility offers onsite services typically found only in a hospital setting, including:
Blood Bank, exclusively for CMP ER use
Chest Pain accreditation
Doctors who are specially trained to care for sports-related injuries
Full spectrum of emergency diagnostic services
AirLife helipad for rapid transport of the most critical patients to ICU, Cath Lb or Trauma Center.
Demonstrates the facility’s Standards of Performance, ICARE values, and Patient Promise.
Assesses, monitors, records, reports, and follows through on symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
Creates and maintains accurate, detailed reports and records.
Consults and coordinates with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and modify the plan of care, as indicated by the patient’s responses and conditions.
Delegates nursing tasks as appropriate and safe, but retains accountability for patient care
Provides individualized education for the patient, family, and or caregiver throughout the continuum of care.
Adheres to standards of safety and infection control, in the delivery of patient care.
Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of and complies with all policies and procedures related to the performance of job duties
