Proactively develop and maintain a pipeline of highly qualified talent that are available to present to hiring managers based in job categories, cultivating candidate pools and managing candidate engagement using contemporary and "high-touch" methods. Negotiate offers. Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the recruitment and hiring process including coaching and guidance on best practices and interviewing. With assistance from the recruitment coordinator conduct reference checks and background screens. 70%
Strategy, Planning, and Analysis - Recommend and execute on talent acquisition strategy. Assist with the forecast of clients' hiring needs and providing labor market assessment/analysis including market conditions, candidate availability, data-driven analytics, and other benchmarks. Proactively research competitive intelligence to create innovative sourcing strategies. Identify and make recommendations on key process improvements. 15%
Sourcing, Networking, and Diversity Outreach - Engaging in deliberate sourcing and strategic networking activities and utilizing social media platforms to advertise, identify talent, and communicate with passive candidates/talent. Developing ongoing demonstrated recruitment attraction and marketing strategies for hard-to-fill searches through talent communities. Represent Central Administration at conferences and various career/employment events. Maintain and build relationships and partnerships with diversity and affinity, national, state, local, community-based and professional organizations. 15%
