Job DescriptionThe Managing Director of Renovation and Maintenance leads the execution of the Company s renovations and maintenance strategy and develops and implements programs, policies, and procedures that provide quality and cost-effective construction, renovations, and maintenance services to clients, owners, and equity partners. EducationCollege degree in construction management, business, or related field or equivalent experience is required. May be required to hold various licenses and certifications, including a current General Contractor s or other licenseQualifications
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to develop, comprehend, and complete legal, financial, construction-related, and human resources documents, and to make compelling and persuasive presentations to a variety of audiences.
Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs in order to complete required reports and other documents applicable to budgeting and overall project management. Skilled in Timberline and other specific accounting packages and applications used within the construction and development areas.
Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percents in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.
Demonstrated management and supervisory skills sufficient to lead, direct, evaluate, and mentor team members, peers, and construction site personnel.
Deep and solid knowledge and understanding of the renovations, maintenance, and construction with significant experience in overseeing capital projects, rehabs, and renovations within the multifamily environment.
