The purpose of this position is to identify and address client needs related to consulting, designing, and implementing various business and technology solutions related to the operations of real estate. Serves as trusted contributor in a team leader capacity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifies and addresses client needs by conducting, synthesizing, and presenting research on installed infrastructure, industry best practices, benchmarks, and other issues of concern to the client.
Authors assessment reports documenting existing conditions and developed strategy concerning the transformation of technology utilization at identified real estate assets.
Demonstrates extensive knowledge and success as a functional leader: supervising solution scope; creating an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and performance; answering questions and providing direction to external business partners, less experienced staff; coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
Leads solution implementation delivery and roll-out on portfolio or asset. Works closely with project and account leaders to design, build, test, and document solutions. Recommends configuration changes to improve functionality of solutions. Facilitates training and working sessions.
Manages day to day client-facing deliveries for multiple clients.
Communicates with the client and gathers feedback in an organized and knowledgeable manner. Delivers clear requests for information.
Presents alternate solutions to clients' requests in a courteous and effective manner by clearly defining risks and benefits.
Demonstrates flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks. May delegate tasks to other team members, as necessary.
As a team member and leader, demonstrates a thorough level of abilities and/or a proven record of success; understands personal and team roles; contributes to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeks guidance, clarification and feedback. Communicates potential conflicts to a supervisor.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology or related field. Minimum 5 years of professional-level experience to include: working with business systems with emphasis on accounting, maintenance management, project management, or lease administration modules and related custom interfaces.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues. Ability to write reports and manuals using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees and clients.
Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to collect, analyze and summarize complex data to complete business cases.
Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Advanced knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. JDE, SAP, PeopleSoft ). Advanced organizational skills, attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure with proactive approach to routine and non-routine occurrences. Knowledge of testing methodologies and the ability to prepare and execute test scripts for testing scenarios.
Effective project management and delegation skills. Ability to oversee multiple projects, priorities and deadlines while ensuring successful results.

Decisions made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices, and applicable regulations to achieve complex results.
