PROGRAM COORDINATOR , Institute for Data, Systems, and Society (IDSS) , to implement effective strategies for the design, development, delivery, and assessment of various IDSS events, program, and systems. This will include planning, coordinating, promoting, and executing large national conferences, workshops, advisory board meetings, and distinguished seminars; and managing postdoc and visitor community programs and maintaining the tools and systems necessary to provide accurate reports to senior leadership and increase stakeholder participation in IDSS. Responsibilities include overseeing the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of the IDSS Salesforce and FormAssembly applications; providing technical guidance and training to IDSS staff and troubleshooting and addressing technical bugs and issues; building and managing the relationship with the Academic External Advisory Board and managing the growing IDSS postdoc community by organizing their speaker seminar series, mentoring programs, and other community-building activities; and performing other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements REQUIRED : bachelor's degree in management, finance, international studies, communications, or related field; at least two years' program/project management experience, including demonstrated experience managing relationships with high-level external stakeholders; proven technical, event and project management and community building skills; high-level knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Office, FormAssembly, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, social media platforms, and related web tools; ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly and effectively; excellent research, problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills; ability to exercise good judgment and discretion and drive agendas forward by building strong internal partnerships with team members from a variety of backgrounds, disciplines, and levels of expertise; and a strong teamwork and customer service orientation.
