his position will focus on creative needs for the global marketing team. The Digital Production Designer is responsible for developing innovative, eye catching visual concepts that communicate campaign ideas that increase brand awareness, generate demand for the brand and drive new customer acquisition and sales. This role will work on the creative team within the marketing department under the Brand Director to bring the creative vision for each season to fruition.
Works regularly on a variety of digital, social media, eCommerce, event, trade & retail design projects taking ownership when necessary from concept to delivery including but not limited to: website/email assets, digital display ads, visual merchandising/POP, social media content/ads, trade shows, event collateral, etc. Assures that each graphic element adheres to brand guidelines and meets the job-appropriate specifications, including: Resolution, Specs, Color palette (web-safe or print-ready colors) and optimizing for the web.

Knowledgeable of the backcountry ski/snowboard, climbing and mountain running space.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related artistic discipline.
3+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio; Experience in the creation of digital marketing assets is a must.
Strong knowledge of typography, color, and visual composition and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, After Effects).
Creative problem solving, communication skills, and ability to make quick decisions.
