The Marketing and Communications specialist plays a key role in driving enrollment to the Fisher graduate programs. This position will be responsible for managing the marketing and communications portfolio for all graduate programs managed by the Graduate Programs Office (currently six graduate programs). Specifically, the position will be charged with designing/updating all the marketing material that the graduate programs use, in addition to managing projects for various recruiting activities/programming by creating a prominent market presence while managing relationships with digital marketing and third party vendors. This position will also update the individual program webpages using the Fisher College of Business existing Drupal CMS client. This position will work closely with program directors and recruiters to develop marketing strategies and manage Fisher’s efforts to engage with key constituents to drive program recruitment goals, and in turn, help drive the growth of Fisher’s graduate programs portfolio. This role you will partner with appropriate staff and faculty to: Profile targeted students, clients and participants, and to help uncover leverageable insights around those key constituencies; Work with program directors and recruiters in the areas of strategy development and implementation to extend and manage constituent engagement, over time, across channels (digital, social, mobile, experiential); Drive the development and the execution of graduate program communications campaigns and activities across all media (paid, earned, owned, shared) designed to build engagement, and to drive sales leads for our recruiters and business development staff; Measure and manage our engagement and lead-gen activities, to continuously improve our results and resource utilization; Oversee, manage, and recommend third-party resources/tools/technologies employed to support our engagement and business development efforts.
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience; passion for education for individuals and organizational growth; demonstrated belief in the power of engagement as a means to build mutually-profitable, sustainable relationships to achieve shared goals; must know and embrace the traditional principles of relationship-building, while being knowledgeable and experienced in the contemporary methods of engagement; lead generation and qualification and nurturing and marketing communications; must be goal-oriented; able to establish meaningful and measurable objectives, and plan and execute efforts to reach those goals; must be customer-focused, internally and externally, with an ability to see from others' perspectives, empathize, find common ground, and drive toward win-win outcomes; must be a strategic thinker; able to envision and pursue long term goals while creatively leveraging assets and resources, and able to manage challenges/barriers along the way; five+ years of experience in conceiving, planning and executing successful engagement and communications campaigns; highly-developed administrative, managerial, interpersonal, and organizational skills; proficiency in written and verbal communications; demonstrated experience and success with CRM/marketing automation systems; in-depth knowledge of design software to create print and digital ads.
Knowledge and experience in SaleForce, HubSpot or other CRM and Marketing automation software.
Target Salary: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 Annually
