The Online Program Manager reports to the Assistant Director of Programs and is responsible for researching, designing, and managing online, non-credit courses and certificates. This individual will work with the Assistant Director to identify relevant programs and target audiences. Overall duties will include instructional design, sourcing and on-boarding instructors, overseeing content development, ensuring program quality, managing an LMS and learning technology, and project management.
BA/BS with 3+ years of experience with online program design, development, management or related experience or Masters with 1+ years of experience with online program design, development, management or related experience.
Masters degree or professional certificate in instructional design with 2+ years related experience. Experience developing and managing online and hybrid courses. Experience with educational technology and systems, including Canvas and other online learning tools. Experience with program design and evaluation. Video planning, production, and editing experience. Demonstrated experience with project management
