This position supports the mission of Presbyterian/St Luke’s Medical Center of optimizing the quality of life of all those served by expanding beyond the traditional focus on medical needs to the needs of the whole person. The Executive Assistant performs a broad range of administrative duties for the President/CEO, COO, CMO, CFO and Directors and acts in their behalf in written and verbal communication. Relieves the administrators of details so that they can perform the more important duties of their positions. Helps in the management of their offices. Coordinates wide variety of assignments in a timely, professional manner. Acts as a liaison between physicians, medical office building leasing agent and property manager, general contractor, HealthONE Division office and other HealthONE facilities, health & community organizations, consultants and the general public. Displays leadership skills to other administrative staff, by demonstrating a high standard of customer service skills and conveying a professional, yet friendly, demeanor. Responsible for coordinating overall operations in the Administration office in relation to workflow, telephones, supplies, and equipment purchase/repair. Ensures there is adequate coverage during lunch hours, vacations, etc. Collaborates in projects and presentations for patient care directors. Coordinates facility taskforces for special projects. Assists all administrative personal with communication and acts as a liaison for staff to senior management. When need arises, will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

BA or BS degree in business/communication or related field preferred
Minimum 5 years experience as assistant to “C” level/senior management, healthcare experience preferred.
Must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to communicate with all levels of staff, management, senior management, and physicians.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Must have project management skills, meeting planning, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Must have ability to anticipate problems and work effectively and independently to resolve issues.
The Executive Assistant will perform a broad range of administrative duties and support for the CNO, Associate CNO, Associate COO, the front desk.
They will also be responsible for the integration of the service within overall hospital functions, assuring a high level of customer satisfaction
