Bachelorâs Degree in Information System, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum three (3) years experience in a leadership role
Minimum five (5) years experience in application management/development/implementation, multiple major project delivering of med-large scale projects/programs
Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills both verbal and written;
Must have demonstrated ability to supervise, judge staff skills and delegate appropriately, with an emphasis on customer service.
Must have demonstrated understanding of performance management, business consulting, project management and applicable technology
LA City Fire and Safety Certification. If no certification upon hire, must be obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained by renewal before expiration date.Â
The Director of Clinical Transformation Architecture leads the clinical application strategy for new business ventures at Keck Medicine of USC. This visionary leader is focused on evaluating perspective clinical footprints to understand the current clinical applications and mapping to the future Keck Medical Center standards. As part of the clinical applications leadership team, this individual should have a strong knowledge of clinical applications with respect to functions, features and integration into the care environment. This position requires excellent communication skills and effective leadership in order to build strong partnerships within the organization. Good knowledge of the budgeting process and ability to manage large capital projects from a leadership perspective.
