OurÂ Human Resources Administration division is seeking a Learning Systems Manager to provide direct services relative to implementation, production support, enhancement, integration, troubleshooting, and vendor relationships for all learning systems managed by the central human resources division. Reports to the Executive Director, HRIS, and supervises learning system support team. This position will interact and collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and management on a regular basis to collect requirements, establish priorities, and continually evaluate the effectiveness and additional needs of learning systems. Stays informed of relevant trends and updates in the field.
Additional job accountabilities include:
Provide daily production support for learning systems, including course management, troubleshooting, user access, and integration issues.
Meet with stakeholders, customers, and management to determine learning system effectiveness, needs, and prioritization.
Manages departmental projects using standard project management tools and techniques.
Supervises learning management technical staff.
Manage learning vendor relationships, with appropriate input and approvals from management and business office.
Maintains current knowledge level of relevant systems and industry trends; recommends training and conferences for self and staff to achieve this goal.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications include:
Bachelor's Degree or,
Combined experience/education as a substitute for minimum education
Minimum two (2) years independently managing, configuring, and supporting an enterprise learning system
Demonstrated analytical/problem solving abilities
Prior supervisory or team lead experience
Excellent interactive and communication skills; customer focus, and ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications include:
Experience with Cornerstone LMS
Experience with Workday Learning
Instructional design experience and/or knowledge
Experience with large scale course deployments (planning, executing, monitoring)
Experience with course authoring tools
Learning system implementation experience
Experience integrating with third party content providers
Analytics/reporting abilities relative to learner activities and usage
