Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.
Two or more years of construction project management experience.
Understanding of standard construction documents such as bulletins, change orders and pay applications.
Must be able to perform all duties within the classification, with or without a reasonable accomodation, including access various areas and buildings across campus with differing access/entry structures, gain access to areas that are located several feet from the floor, and navigate uneven surfaces.
Degree from a 4-year ABET accredited engineering program or NAAB accredited first professional degree in Architecture.
