Responsible for coordinating the Medical Management implementation of GHP Business Opportunities and Key Initiatives. Assists finance with Medical Management staff projections for budgeting of each Business Opportunity. Identifies the Project Team and facilitates project planning sessions to ensure all policies and procedures are finalized, documented, and available for Medical Management staff prior to the implementation.
Manages multiple projects with a focus on project planning, project tracking, team management, implementation, and reporting as related to the business needs of Medical Management. Fosters quality customer service to internal and external clients and utilizes leadership skills to increase efficiency in operations and resource management.
Reports directly to the Director, Medical Management Operations

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Associates Degree in healthcare/business or related field required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum three years of experience may be accepted in lieu of Associate's degree.
Minimum of three years project management experience in healthcare required, managed care experience preferred.
Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project required.
