Performs routine analysis of processes and metrics to identify areas where team productivity and efficiencies can be improved within the financial operations team for support with Project Management.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Create Purchase Orders to Keep track of Project
Maintain Expense Tracker for Open Projects
Assist Project Manager with tracking cost
Work closely with client Director of Program Management on all Projects
Track cost to Project Budget vs Actual Spend
Maintain electronic files of each Project Documents
Keep track of Project Open Items
Basic Budget and Financial Analysis for projects
Project Status Reports
Administrative tasks as requested

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES Good computer skills, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE High school diploma or General education degree (GED) required. Associate's degree with concentration in Business or Finance preferred. Minimum of four years experience in administrative or financial transaction support; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
