ABOUT THE ROLE
The Host team is seeking an experienced, content manager to assist the Director, Partnerships & Content and Global Operations Lead in driving the adoption, usage and retention of Host's Digital (and Experience Services) product(s) in ways that meaningfully improve the level of service we provide to end users, our 'Hosts' and our clients.
We are looking for someone well versed in B2B2C property technology and data driven decision making who is passionate about experimentation, content marketing, data, quality and engagement. This individual will have proven experience in content marketing, content production, and data analytics, and a solid understanding of the commercial real estate and online marketing landscape.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Establish, manage and monitor content related KPIs (both online and offline) and reporting.
Establish an environment for rapid hypotheses testing of content/campaigns and its performance, specifically relating to, but not limited to: end user adoption (registration), network effects, active usage, profiling, satisfaction and engagement.
Design/Develop/Manage and Implement survey/polling capabilities and/or ML/AI platform capabilities to inform content development, performance and dissemination.
Work collaboratively with the Digital team to leverage in-app push notifications, pop-up communications, content display algorithms, gamification and other tools/techniques to enhance end user experience.
Work closely with the Director, Content & Partnerships to leverage partner Content - both in-App and onsite, incl.: through the use of RSS feeds, APIs, syndication and pop-up events/activations.
Provide guidance, tools, training and templates to onsite Hosts for the provision of local and hyper-local Content (using self-built or third-party providers).
Work collaboratively with regional peers to ensure global alignment for the successful execution of the Host content strategy.
Gather feedback from data, clients, end users and across the org to further establish the needs and focus of the Content strategy.
Assist the Marketing team with internal and external branding as it relates to Hosts Content capabilities.
Work closely with the Director, Partnerships & Content and the Global Operations Lead in productizing content, across both of Hosts Digital products.
5+ years of experience in content, App/Website optimization and/or data driven content creation with extensive data analytics experience supporting project roadmaps.
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent, professional training, and/or certifications.
Proactive, communicative, organized, collaborative, and personable with a track record of working successfully across teams.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
Extensive experience in data analytics, content optimization, content production, and hypotheses-testing.
This position can be based remotely, with semi-regular travel to New York.
